  • I studied in this school from class V to Class XII. Passed out in 1979 (HS), Joined REC, Durgapur for B.E(Mechanical)(1983 Passout). I feel nostalgic of the sweet memories during school years. Notable teachers: Amulya Maity, Pareshbabu, AN Roy, Madhu Babu, DKRC, ADG, Dilipda and many others. Notable Friends:- Dr. Santanu Bose, Dr. Debashish Panja, Shekher Basak, Animesh Chatterjee, Supriyo Chakraborty et.al.

By Pareshbabu If you mean Mr. Paresh Sarkar the scout master, I would like to know about him. He is my favourite scout master and his 'chollis koti' song was superb. I want the text of the song. N.V.   • hi Prasenjit & all of you,I am also from the same school. For past 40 years I am in Chicago but always remember the old school and wonderful days. Amar Nath Roy and Paresh Sarkar both were my private tutors also remembered Amulya babu, Rathin dey, Basak babu, Sharma babu and many many other teachers.   • Hi, I am Chandrakant Saxena s/o late Shri Sharda Prasad Saxena ex Teacher n head of commerce /shorthand typing Divn in this file bazar school. I myself studied during 1968-1975and have long old memories of gem like our honest and sincere gurus like Kedar Nath, Basak Babu, dy HM Devendra Sharma, N.K. Rao, Awasthi air, my father and so many teachers. Whatever we did and doing in our lives, it was due to their superb teachings. Every moment of life, I bow before them with great respect and love.
  • I really miss our Bengali Teacher Basak Babu. He was a great man,but so many of us couldn't fully understand him.
