This the place hundreds and thousands were born in Doctor Ayya's hospital between 1936 and 1985. Also housed his family - Malayappan(Appu), Mangalam(Baby), Subramanian (Mani), Krishnamoorthy (Kitti), Pattammal(Patta), Vaidhyanathan (Vaithi) and the grandchilren and greatgrandchildren till the year 2000. Now, this place is owned by another legendary family (Sri. Arunachalam Chettiar)

  • What a great days in that tiny village? Like Malgudi days, whenever think of that OOR, tears. That is the base for all of us. I wonder now how cn my Thatha ( Dr S Padmanabhan) managed all. What a great man? Need to take a film on him. Who can help for this?
