Garden Estate is a very good construction by Raheja. It has got very good greenary and a hill views. In rainy season, the whole hill becomes very green. There is a convienient store name Dmart and the post office, at walking distance. From Thane (w) station bus no. 56 can be catched to reach Garden Estate. One can hire Rickshaw also, which may cost around Rs. 40 (as of current price). At a walkable distance it has got a very good resort "Tiku ji-ni- Wadi". Also it has got Suraj Water park at 10 minutues drive. In nearby there are many other residence colonies such as Eden wood ( by Godrej), Vasant Vihar, Hiranandani medows etc.

Garden Estate is a very good residential complex.It is beautifully loacted and has only residential premises.People are good and vibrant.They take intrest in socialand cultural activity.The builder is Raheja and he has done a good job in making this complex.It lacks a club house and hopefully the builder should fulfil his promise. | ||||
