Also Unnat Nagar- II is my abode, I, Ashwathy, have been here since I would have been 7 months old. According to me, it is a very green and beautiful place with a friendly neighbourhood. Besides the land prices here are extremely high due to the Row House Bungalow culture in this area and cream of the society residing here. We have everyone from MLAs to Police Officers residing in Unnat Nagar, so that gives a 1st hand importance on the infrastructure facilities of this place.

Pls feel free to visit Unnat Nagar- 2 to check out its scenic green environment. Jus situated at less than 10 minutes walking distance from Goregaon station, this is that part of Goregaon, which has all the greenary like a 'gaon' :)
