  • hey its my schook i have spended my ten years in this school its a worldbest school
  • Yes indeed, it’s the world’s best school, I love your school too – I spent 10 years of my life in the school across the road!
  • I was at SJC from 1967-1973.
  • There was girl called KIRAN.I really fancied her.Though she was 3-4 years older than i.
  • Hi Ransom It looks like that we might have some old memories to share as in the years from 1967 to 72 there was something common in our lives
  • hi.h r u all.i am iqra.now i am studing in this schhol this is my last year.i have spend 6 years in this school and i must say! it is the best school in world.the teachers are best the way of teaching is fantastic.
  • Asalam o alikum SJC its one of the best school in the world.i spend 10 years in it.i still remember those good days which i spend in it.i wish that i could go back in my past n never come back those day were of joy i remember mis kamni, puspa, mis jenny, mis thomas, mis simson, miss zara, miss sherren, miss ruksana, miss yet,sir gulam, sir iqbal, sir munir and many other.i did mu matric in year 2002,it was goog time and know im in university doing BS (biotech). i dont know where might be all my class fallows but wish best for them.i would say in end east and west SJc is the best.
  • There was a beautiful girl during my days her name was “Sandra Khan” that I met during the dance party at SJC. I still remember dancing & chatting with her for a while. There were also Lee sisters from Karachi, their brothers Troy and Christopher Lee were with me at the Grammar Boarding school. Sure those were good old days of my childhood. Saleem
  • hi there i spend my 10 years of my beautiful lfe time here .............miss my friends , teachers and the whole lot of QUETTA
  • Hey Saleem, Which years were you in the boarding....I remember Sandra Khan, her younger sister Nagris Khan and the Lees very well, we were all there together through the same years. Did you have any sisters in SJC boarding as well....I was there from 1977-1985, and had a younger brother in the Grammar Boarding school as well. Oh and yes I remember the dance parties too, at SJC.
  • Hi Janette I was in Grammar Boarding school from 1977 to 1981, I don’t have any sister in JSC, Troy Lee was my class fellow and his younger brother Christopher was my younger brother’s class fellow. After boarding school was closed in 1981 most of the boarders transferred to Ms Nathanial’s boarding school at St. Mary’s school in Quetta, I spent two years at St. Mary’s boarding school. What was your brother’s name in Grammar boarding school, I would certainly know him as well! Most of the boarders were from Karachi and from Middle East, do you know anyone during that time? Saleem
  • Hi Saleem, Sorry I was there from 1977 to 1982 not '85. I remember Troy Lee and my elder sister did their O'Levels exams in 1980 together. I was around the same age group as Christopher Lee. My brother was very much younger to all of us, he was there for just probably 2 years in grade 2 & 3 I think, during the years 1980 & 1981, his name is Brendon D'souza, don't know if you remember him. Father Peter was in-charge of the boys' boarding at that time. The Lees are in Canada I think, so are Phillip Patrick and his younger brother Carol Patrick. I remember many of the boys and girls during those years, many of them are on facebook.com, why don't you try looking them up there.....by the way where are you settled these days? Janette
  • I know Phillip and Carol very well, I believe their sister was in SJC boarding, don’t remember her name. I hope all are doing well and in good health. I am living in Atlanta, Georgia area. Here is my email if you would like to chat more Chandasir@hotmail.com See ya Saleem

  • Hi Ransom You’re right, now I recollect Ralf actually was from Bahrain. I don’t know how it stuck in my mind it was Dubai, perhaps at that time we had known only Dubai to be the entire Arabian gulf. It was really nice of you to drop these lines. You can send me a message through wikimpia if you so wish. We can share a lot more of those golden days. Thanks and Regards
  • odear, How do I send you a message through wikimapia?

  • Hi Ransom, I am really fascinated by your years at SJC. I was in Grammer School from 1967 to 1973. I was a Braganza Boarder and, just like you, did my O Levels in 1973. The Examination Centre was in SJC and that was one of the very few occasions that I got to step in that school. The Practicals were in our School Lab. Please do get in touch to share some memories though some of the comments here make me skeptical because people remember the good old times yet can't recall names.
  • My mother Mrs Ruby Joyce was a teacher for a while at St.Josephs Convent ,then moved to the boys grammar School in Quetta. I attended St.Joseph's Convent from 1958 till 1964 (roughly). I am still in contact with the Nathaniel family from Quetta.
