  • I'm Vikram Sethia, studied at this school from 1981 (V) to 1987 (X). It was still one of the sought after schools back then when I joined. My two elder brothers too studied here. The school earned great name during Mr HH Sharma's time - the folklores used to still buzz in the corridors when I joined. The likes of Mr Madan Choudhary, Mr C P Jha, Mr S K Mishra kept the moral values intact. The sorry affairs and the downhill journey of the school started during last few years of Mr I D Singh (the then Head Master) - Lobbying, all sorts of politics became the order of the day. The current Head Master Mr A Pandey (he joined in 1985 I blv) is of no use. Corruption is all over the place. May god give them right values to overcome greed and they re start instilling good values in students. Teaching being a noble profession should be away from all mal practices.

  • i passed out in the year 1976. It was great & memorable journey from 1965 TO 1976. we had agreat get-together 0n 18th March2012 at CONCLaVE in kolkata. It was great that every one is well settled & on the top our children are at thier best.
  • I Sampat Kumar Pandit was student of this school from 2010 to 2012.. This school has changed my life, when i am entering in this school i have only 62% in madhyamik examination & there is no knowledge of english but at time of leaving school i have got 84.75% when i have good knowledge of english.. at that time according me the best teachers in the schools are SRI A.K PANEY(ENGLISH TEACHER & PRINCIPAL), SRI M.SINGH SIR(HINDI TEACHER) & SRI R.SINGH SIR(B.O TEACHER)... I AM PROUD OF THAT I AM STUDENT OF THIS SCHOOL..

  • I completed my higher secondary education from Tantia High School in 1969. I seem to remember your name, Suresh, but don't recall anything else about you. Hope you are keeping well. I am indebted to our great school and many exemplary teachers for the life changing gift of education they provided. That education and the guidance and support of so many outstanding teachers have helped me throughout my life in both personal and professional spheres. Above all, I am most grateful to my father, the late Madan Choudhary who was also a teacher at Tantia. After the HS, I joined IIT Kharagpur and after graduating form there in Chemical Engineering, came to US on a scholarship and did MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Buffalo and Doctor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I have remained in US but try to visit India as often as I can. I send my greetings and best wishes to the global family of Our glorious school. Manoj Choudhary
