Shawtown neighborhood

I am thinking now that they turned down town in to something nice this will be the next and new ghetto. I lived in Eau Clarie my whole life trust me if you are moving to EC you don't want to move in down here it is kind of on the trashy side and it stinks cuz of the treatment plant.

I grew up there and have the finest memories of the close knit neighborhood. It is set apart from the rest of the city geographically and I liked that. I think it is still a great neighborhood.
