This Battle Tank is placed next to the Sports complex in Honour of our Beloved Vinay Kumar Sachan who sacrificed his valiant life for our country at a very young age, while fighting with terrorists. He was our best friend and very noble person. We knew him from our college days in KV Pendharkar college and was our classmate there. We all Indians are very very proud of such brave brothers.

We salute our brave Captain Vinay Kumar Sachan for his extraordinary deeds. Dombivli is always proud of the Sachan family to have given such a son to this motherland who has served the country more than any other Dombivlite.
