Probably 100 years ago ;Hingla Devi Murti(idol) got found in the net of 3 fishermen while fishing. The 3 ancestor's fishermen were among the hingle,siddhe and tombari family.
By then; every kolis are worshipping Hingla Devi and doing aarti on every tuesday followed by adults & youngsters. Within every 2 years;Hingla Devi Gondhal is celebrated..... performing aartis and pujas...... the biggest festival in versova..... Lakhs of devotees from versova and even outside versova attend this religious ceremony as our Gramdevta Hingla Devi blesses everyone and completes their Nawas.
