Gaothan and my Home This is Gaothan is Chembur. One of the oldest place in Chembur where people settled right in 1950. Small lanes give it a village like atmosphere. It is away from all the noise and traffic of Chembur. An oasis of peace right in middle of Chembur.
I was born and brought up here along with many of my friends like Ganesh, Sunder, Jigar Vikram, Sameep, Rohan etc. Gandhi Maidan was our fav place to play cricket and have loads of fun.
Long live Gaothan!!!!

they say long time ago there were snakes and forests here, today you find plush houses, though once you get in gaouthan, you forget you are in mumbai, also famous here is wada pav of nandia | ||||
