this is what i experienced during my time working in that company. I noticed that your management is a bit racist expecially during an appointment of a hire possition.This is not fair by treating worker differently by their races.Most of the hire possition is hold by chinese, in only one day they can be dirrectly become suppervisor or any other relevant possition different with the bumiputera worker which is already have 10 years working experienced they also didn't got any hire possition yet.... so this is what we say fair!!!!!!!!!! the place is like in hail!!!!!!!!!!!
