Jasmis corporation

jasmis corporation a strong and big company in the country of bahrain. they are the first largest fast food chain in bahrain. "BUT" they hire staff from Philippines, India or even other country, they pay "BUT" very small amount of salary. We ask in LMRA how much is the minimum salary in bahrain,,it should be BD120. In Jasmis fast food chain, they pay but only BD100, and also, the are deducting. .850fils GOSI which is for bahraini deduction only because this gosi is for those no work or poor bahraini. Yes,we are here in abroad, in different country, its very nice to hear that you are working oustside country but how can we save money??if the company of jasmis corporation is not helping us to save our money in the salary of BD99.150?? (.850fils deduction monthly).

For their employees from other counties they are only paying a salary of 90.000BD. Despite of the facts that they are one of the leading fast food chain in Bahrain and that for sure they are earning a huge amount of money and yet they are not being fair for their employees from different countries. With that small amount of salary still they imposing a rule of salary deduction policy from their staff. How will their employees surpass the economic crisis from their country. It is not worth leaving your native land as well as your family just to work with them. I guess Bahrain government should take action on this cases where Bahrainee employers are not following the standard salary policy.
