Shri D,N.Sahay an IPS officer retd.as DGP of Bihar ,but in the back of his mind since his childhood he aimed to be a political legend of INDIA which reflected inhis act through out his career. He became the first Governer of new state CHHATTISGARH and registered his name in Indian History and made his dream come true,at present he is Governer of TRIPURA.
