The Correct spelling is Nyay (or Nyaya) Mandir. The civil cases are handled here, and the criminal cases in the Lal (or Laal) Court, at the first level.
The second level courts ie District Courts are in the Nyay Mandir complex. Incidentally, it is a wooden framed structure, more than a hundred years old. | ||||
