This complex is the home for the best theatre in Andhra Pradesh, It houses Jagadamba 70mm theatre with two side theatres Sarada and Ramadevi. This theatre is Andhra Pradesh Pride featuring the latest techonology in India when it was constructed and updating itself to be the first to implement DTS, DOLBY, DOLBY DIGITAL sound systems in India. Owned by Vegi Rambabu and his son Vegi Jagadeswar Rao.

Digital 3D entertainment is being taken to a new high at Sarada Theatre (Jagadamba Complex) from Friday(28-10-11). The Active 3D system 2 DLP (Digital Light Projection) is the first of its kind in Vizag, says theatre proprietor Jagadish. The new system is capable of screening of all formats – flats, 3D and scope – films. The theatre management, however, decided to dedicate the theatre to screen only digital 3 D films.

  • They built two additional theaters in this complex called Sarada and Ramadevi, in a space meant for toilets. This is the most congested theater complex in vizag. This is dirty and unsafe. In case of fire in the theater, there is no chance of escape. How the permission is given for this theater? Fire dept is requested to review

  • Its high time it is upgraded to Dolby Atmos. Eagerly waiting for that. of late, not many English movies are playing. At least one show should be dedicated to English movies.
