Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Melendez is a multi-use All-seater stadium in Barranquilla, Colombia. It is the home stadium of local football team Atlético Junior The stadium holds 58,000, making it the largest in Colombia. It was built for the 'failed' Colombian World Cup bid in 1986. This is the official stadium for the national football team of Colombia. The stadium was most recently refurbished in 2001.
