This Lake Minnetonka Island is owned by Three Rivers Park District - formerly Hennepin Parks. The Park service only provides a single trash can that always seems to be full. During the summer months local residents install rope swings at the south end of the island and the park service cuts them down only to be replaced the next day. August and Ivy Anderson of Carmen Bay love the island and Chizzler's dock.
