Théâtre des Célestins (Lyon)

Main theater of downtown Lyon, named for the convent of the Célestin nuns which occupied the site from 1407 until 1779 -- they had been given the site by Amédée VIII, Count then Duke of Savoy, after it had been taken from the Knights Templar.
