Butser Hill, Hampshire

The highest point on the South Downs (270m / 886ft).
Part of the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
Has a car park (min £1 fee in mid 2006), small kiosk which isn't always open when you think it should be, and is a great spot for kites.
The Hill is partitioned into areas for Kite, Model AC, and Parachuting so check for details before attending; membership of a club is required for Model AC flying
