Timothy Lake

Attractive man made lake with five large developed campgrounds, some with water, all surrounded by evergreen forest. The Pacific Crest Trail passes by on the east shore. Clear and relatively warm water, containing crawdad and several species of fish are present. Mountain biking, camping, hiking, and boating are popular here. Rainbow Trout, resident cutthroat, brook trout to 6 lbs. and crayfish are plentiful. Kokanee are primarily accessible to boat anglers.

Wheelchair accessible fishing dock at Pine Point campground near the dam; unpaved trail encircling the lake; boat ramps at most campgrounds; day-use area with swimming dock. Campgrounds are open from snowmelt (approx. June) through September.
