This is a memorial built in the memory of Late Shri Dadasaheb Phalke. It consits of a very good garden, kids section, musical fountains, auditorium, mueseum on Dadasaheb Phalke and restaurants inside. Its a very good spot to enjoy with family and kids. Its located in the bottom of pandavlene caves. It also has water park besides.
