  Don't think that is Reynold's Place. Go a bit up the hill, to these Google Earth coordinates: 15 11 20.24N 120 30 39.06E That ought to be right in the middle of Reynold's Place. Those red roofed buildings across the street were the new high school complex which had been finished about the time of the Mount Pinatubo eruption and had never been occupied. I lived in the house just to the west of the new high school, the visible white roof. 15 11 14.78N 120 30 32.51E
