Subhasgram

Earlier the place was known as Changripota. This place is adjacent to Kodalia, the ancestral house of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the great freedom fighter. Changripota, ence, now named as Subhasgram a suburban rly stn of Sealdah (Kolkata) South Division. Great intellectualsand pioneers of Bengal reneassea, Pt. Ramnarayan Tarkaratna and Pt. Shibnath Shastri were born and brought up here.
