A Privately Owned Co-Operative Housing Society comprising of 5 blocks included in 3 buildings - Two 4-storey buildings and one 10-storey building. It is maintained by the residents of these blocks of flats. Surrounded on all sides by walls, it boasts of high security, massive residential gardens, playgrounds and car parks. Incredibly spacious flats; it was built on Church Land by the Arch - diocese of Bombay.

The building was constructed in the year of the Eucharistic Congress for its International guests.

After which, the flats were sold to Catholics by the Catholic Church.
