Secret Toll Road Eastbound Entrance
The toll booth for entrance to eastbound lanes is broken (doesn't accept Smart Tag), and it doesn't have a camera. This is also a timesaver since you don't have to wait for the light to make a left onto Fairfax County Parkway just to get on.
Just make a left into this Park 'n Ride from Sunrise Valley, and proceed around the car lanes till you get to the toll booth. Boom, you're on the Toll Road!

Not a secret. Standard exit for HOV/commuter access. Compare Monument Dr. & I-66. Also not a "secret." | ||||

Yes, this isn't a secret, it's a commuter entrance from a park-and-ride. Next you'll say that the airport access road is a "secret" way to get to Dulles. :) | ||||
