The village located in the bank of the Khabor Sub river. its rich with its landscape and the curve the river has in the area. in old day when the river used to transport timber tree to the south of Iraq; one man from Mosul ask the people used timber platform as boat where we are they toled hem in Beldeesha , and it was early morning by night he ask his college where we are now they tolled hem still Beldeesha He answer morning Beldeesha , and night Beldeesha you don't another name to name the area. The river have many curve like snick in small landscape. the water very fresh and clear, it has some wild animal like fresh water seal. and its rich with fish too. Rice is the new product people grow in the area in late last century. In the last century they have big problem of mosquito, people tolled stories about death of most new born kids in spring when the season is the peack season for mosquito. Thanks
