The oldest remand centre in Malaysia, built by the British Government in 1895, designed by ACA Norman. It was then called the Pudoh Gaol. The electic style is achieved through the adaptation of Moorish, Tudor, Neo-Classical and Neo Gothic styles to local architectural styles and cultures

I heard this place is turned into an "Silent Hill" like place true? it was feature in some Singaporean blog calling it the Silent Prison of Asylum". Any sighting of supernatural things?

The area is now prime real estate...just waiting for opportune time to re-develop into a money spinning concern.
Would you buy a penthouse there, if it were situated on the same spot as the HANGING CHAMBERS?

i used to live here within 1988 (yr i was born!) - 1996 b4 it was transferred to sg buloh. my dad told me that many of his frens had witnessed an orbs of fire flashing in front of em!! creepy man!!
