The Baan pinnacle lies in the shadow of Ratangad within dense forest. It offers a good climb and a great place at its base to set up camp. The gully that leads to its base is full of broken boulders & scree. It can be approached from the base village of Dene (ahead of Dolkhamb) or from the top via Samrad (near Ghatghar).
