Want to know difference between tenants and owner, then u r in the right place.
Any problem you come across, first question u r asked is whether u r a tenant or a owner. If u r owner u have all the hell rights to do anything. If u r a tenant u r treated like a bloody street dog.
U hardly get little dripping water for few hours between April and september. Dogs keep shiting in all the available space be it shopping complex or walk way or anything and u have good stinking places all over almost always. And beware when u pass balconies, because it is not the birds shiting but the people spitting from their balcony.
U have good security but cannot be secure of your house since there r enough incidents of thefts.
Power backup with a bull shit of 3 points.
Anything goes wrong u r done with it.
All the walls keep cracking and crying because of sepage. Beware!!!!! when u take a bath, just a wall b/w 2 different houses bathroom which is cracked.
Society people r the best people making good money out of tenants and giving them no facilites.
If u think u fit in well here , be the first to approach.
