Partly restored cemetery with European and American sailors' graves, especially Danish seamen and captains.
They died here in the 16th, 17th and 18th century in the vicinity of the Pearl River and were buried on Changzhou, in these times named DANE ISLAND (or Danes Isle) because the Danish had a landing station in connection with their Factory on Shamian Island under The Thirteen Factories in The Canton Commercial System.
